We’re proud to launch our new brand identity, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for Modus.

We’ve evolved, now our brand has too

Since our founding in 1999, Modus has been providing high-quality, compliant and aesthetically pleasing toilet buildings, designed to meet the functional needs of communities.

Over the years, we've grown from a small family business into a multi-skilled team that partners with open space professionals across Australia to create more liveable public spaces. It is clear that our brand no longer reflected who we were, and where we were going. It didn't reflect the architectural quality of our buildings or the customer-first approach in everything we do. The decision to rebrand was based on the need to communicate our evolution, our vision for the future, and our driving belief: design and construction of public amenity buildings should be exceptionally easy.

At the heart of our brand is a commitment to making life easier for our customers. Whether it's supporting the design phase, providing early stage consultation on best practice and compliance, or delivering a turnkey project, our focus remains on solving our customers challenges. We're not just selling buildings – we're providing seamless solutions for open space professionals, ensuring every project is ’easily done’.

Visually communicating our commitment to you

The updated brand features a minimalist design, with the "M" in our logo representing the architectural structure of our toilet buildings. This clean, simple design mirrors our straightforward approach to projects.

The new colour palette combines deep blue and sky blue, chosen to reflect both the strength and reliability our clients expect, and our connection to outdoor environments. These colours create a cohesive and approachable identity, reinforcing our dedication to public open spaces and their users.
