Meeniyan Primary School came to Modus to find a toilet building to replace an existing toilet block that was old, worn down and non-compliant with many Australian Standards. The building also needed to service 155 students with a 50/50 ratio.

Solution
- Delivered Atlantis shelter building that combines a shade shelter with toilet facilities
- Included timed locked door for security and privacy
- The exterior featured manor red and classic cream to match school's colours and surrounding infrastructure
- Added a separate toilet for staff in compliance with BCA and WA Department of Education regulations.
- Energy efficient LED lights with many incorporating solar power
- Mini orb internal sheeting to combat vandalism due to ribbed profile, durability and easy cleaning
